Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
On May 12, 2020, Super League Gaming, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the continued development of the Company’s fully-remote, live broadcast production abilities as it relates to live streaming mass participation, competitive gaming events in which players in dozens, even hundreds, of locations all are competing at the same time. In addition, the Company announced that it received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its ‘camera character’ technology that creates a spectator view during a multi-player game. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
